How can I make a reservation?

New York Limo offers you the convenience of making reservations in several ways. Our professionally trained customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take your reservation by calling (877) 884-0901. You may also make your reservation via our secure online reservation form.

How do I know what size vehicle I will need?

Our customer service representatives will work closely with you to determine the right size vehicle for your travel based upon the number of passengers, luggage, etc. We can accommodate single passengers to large parties. No matter what your travel needs may be, we have the right vehicle for you.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Weddings, Proms, and Sweet 16 must be cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the event, or you will lose the 20% deposit.  For all other stretches, the cancellation is within three days.  For all sedans and SUV, cancellations must be received within 24 hours.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation?

This will be considered a "no show" and will be charged the full rate if you don't call us.
